What we collect, and why.

EFFECTIVE 1 SEPTEMBER 2026 · THIS NOTICE EXPLAINS WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT WHEN YOU BOOK THROUGH 69.DELIVERY OR ITS RECEPTION DESK, WHY WE COLLECT IT, AND WHAT HAPPENS TO IT.

Who we are

SEVEN STARS PROPERTIES PTY LTD (ABN 87 902 523 599), Sydney, NSW, Australia, operating the Pitch Black Industries adult line, of which 69.delivery is the companion delivery arm. For any privacy question, or to ask for access, correction or deletion of your information: [email protected].

What we collect

1. Booking details you give us: your name, contact details, the engagement requested (tier, time, place), and any preferences needed to arrange it. Payments, where taken, are processed by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
2. Voice-widget and call interactions: when you speak to Thalia at reception, your speech is processed by our voice-technology provider (ElevenLabs) to run the conversation. Call transcripts and recordings may be retained for service quality, safety and dispute resolution.
3. Identity and age verification: where we verify age or identity, we collect only what the verification method requires and keep the minimum needed to evidence the check.
4. Correspondence: if you email or message us, we receive what you send, including your address or account handle.
5. Technical logs: when you visit, our hosting and security providers (including Cloudflare) process standard logs such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site up and safe.

We do not run advertising trackers. We do not sell or rent personal information. Where health-related or other sensitive information is needed to provide a service safely (for example accessibility needs), we collect it only with your consent and only as needed.

Why we collect it

To take and confirm bookings, to run the reception line, to verify age as the law requires, to keep clients and companions safe, to answer enquiries, to keep records required by Australian tax and commercial law, and to defend or resolve payment or conduct disputes.

What if you don't provide it

We cannot take a booking or reply to an enquiry without the details listed above. Browsing the site requires nothing from you.

Who we share it with

Our voice-technology provider (ElevenLabs), our payment processor, our email and hosting providers, professional advisers, and authorities where Australian law requires it. Companion contractors receive only the details needed to fulfil a confirmed booking. We never publish or disclose client identity to third parties for marketing.

Overseas disclosure

Our providers operate globally. Personal information is likely to be processed in the United States and in other countries where ElevenLabs, Stripe, Google and Cloudflare run their systems.

How long we keep it

Booking and tax records: as long as Australian law requires (generally five years). Enquiries: as long as needed to handle them, then deleted. Voice recordings: retained only while needed for service quality, safety or dispute resolution, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time: [email protected]. We will handle reasonable requests promptly. You can decline to use the voice widget and book by phone or email instead.
