Booked through the house, on clear terms.

EFFECTIVE 1 SEPTEMBER 2026 · THESE TERMS APPLY WHEN YOU BOOK A COMPANION THROUGH 69.DELIVERY OR ITS RECEPTION DESK. BY BOOKING, YOU ACCEPT THEM.

1 · 18+ and lawful operation

69.delivery is part of a lawful, decriminalised adult operation in NSW, Australia. You must be 18 or older to book. When you book, you confirm you are 18 or older. The house may verify age before any engagement and may decline any booking.

2 · How bookings work

Every engagement is arranged through the reception desk (Thalia, or the phone line). The house selects and vets every companion. Bookings are confirmed in advance; companions are dispatched through the house, never booked direct. A confirmed booking is an agreement to provide the engagement described at the time of booking, within the limits of the law and the companion's right to decline.

3 · Refund window

If you need to cancel, tell the desk as early as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a confirmed engagement are refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows at the agreed time and place, may forfeit a deposit or be charged a cancellation fee agreed at booking. If the companion or the house cancels, you are refunded in full. See the Refund, Dispute and Chargeback Policy.

4 · Unconditional right of refusal

Every companion has the unconditional right to decline or end any engagement at any time, for any reason, including personal safety. The house supports this right absolutely. If an engagement does not proceed for that reason, you are not charged for the unprovided portion.

5 · No documentation, no recording, no CCTV

Photographing, filming, recording or capturing audio of a companion or the venue is strictly prohibited. You must not attempt to identify, track or document a companion outside the engagement. Anyone who does so will have their booking terminated immediately with no refund, and the matter may be reported to police.

6 · Conduct and termination

Aggressive, intoxicated, threatening, degrading or non-consensual behaviour ends the engagement immediately, with no refund and no future bookings. Consent is specific, voluntary and revocable at any time. The house keeps a record of conduct incidents to protect companions and other clients.

7 · Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 8, the house's liability to you for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement. The house is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your breach of these terms. Nothing here limits the liability of the companion as an independent contractor for their own conduct.

8 · Your consumer rights are not affected

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where a consumer guarantee applies and cannot be remedied by providing the service again, we refund the fee you paid for that service.

9 · Complaints and disputes

Contact the desk first: [email protected]. We answer within one business day. If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, either party may refer it to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) or a court of competent jurisdiction in New South Wales.

10 · Privacy and records

Booking details, voice-widget interactions and records are handled under our Privacy Collection Notice. By booking you agree to that notice.

11 · The rest

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update them from time to time; the version in force when you book applies. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
